The Tire Rack says that they only have (2) Yokohamas Y370's in stock are the Y356's (8 ply) an acceptable substitute? I have an 86 ASI conversion which may weigh slightly more than a westfalia. I intend to run it on the Alaska highway loaded with a family of three and all of the gear we can comfortably pack. I probably diserve to get scolded for not researching the archives, since I think there has been much discussion about this in the past. My profuse apologies.

Oh also, what do you recomend for a stout pair of good handling rear shocks? Thanks Jeff Hartman Juneau, AK jhartman@ptialaska.net
