Now that I've sold about a million of those +ACQ-39.95 poptop skylights (I have the last 20 coming, by the way, if you still need one+ACE-), I need some feedback from those of you who bought one. The +ACQ-39 ones will soon be history. They were a one-time blowout that was not expected to last forever, and alas, they're almost gone. The new, upgraded version will have better-drilled hinge holes, a slightly lower profile (the current ones are just a hair taller than stock), and may come with a packet of attaching screws. They will still be a thicker single-layer design like the +ACQ-39 ones, and will continue to come with instructions and spacers. The price will be in the +ACQ-70 range, I think, which puts them about 1/3 cheaper than the factory ones. The question is, if you could buy an original one for around +ACQ-100, or this aftermarket one for around +ACQ-70, what would you buy? Your feedback will help determine what I carry. I'd welcome comments from anyone, and especially from those who bought the +ACQ-39 ones. Please respond to list+AEA-busdepot.com with the subject header FEEDBACK.
