Hello List.... Last weekend I was camping with my two small children (Lake Manatee, FL) when the power went out at the campsite. After about an hour I decided to run the fridge on propane. I stumbled outside and kneeled down by the propane valve, turned it on and heard a hissing sound. I also felt a little flow of gas coming from the valve on my hand....and smelled the propane. I turned the valve back off and eventually the hissing sound stopped. Having both kids asleep in the van and not wanting to take any chances...I left the gas off, and opened more windows in the van. Has anyone had this problem? Dane Tessler 87 Westfalia 138K Treasure Island, FL http://members.aol.com/Dane714/westfalia.html |
