The transmission in my 87 Westy is about to go. In searching for a rebuilt, the only one I've been able to find is a five speed. But, is there such a beast? And will it work with my stock 2.1 engine without modification?

The seller wants $500 for his five speed, says it's in good shape, but offers no guarantee.

Advice?

Thanks

Jim Oliver Sioux Falls, SD
