well, like i said ... names of buses just sort of sneak up on you when
you least expect it. you can't force a name of a bus. :)

for a year now, i've flogged my brain cells to name my 87 camper ... all
i came up with was die silberne Schneke ... the Silver Snail. well, it is
slow and carries a house on its back and has the potential of leaving a
slimy trail every where it goes. :)  but somehow, it just didn't fit.

so today, me and my mooching nephew (his mother, my sister, sic'd him on
me. i know it. she's like that!) were riding around when he remarks that
the camper is like one of those, you know, hermit crabs. bingo! :)

so now it's Herman the German Hermit Crab. :) which fits ... hermit crabs
carry their house around on their backs. and the driver is pretty much a
hermit and certainly an old crab. :)

so now i have Gus-Gus the Bus-Bus (also known as Gustav) and Herman Hermit
Crab.
