The van now sets in the yard waiting for a new motor. I am going to pull all the post of engine swaps and rebuilds from the archieves. I would also like any thoughts or ass kickings, that the list has to offer. >>

Colin--

None are deemed necessary. You got your Van to go 202k, Hoorah! Thank God it broke down near civilzation, with just you aboard...when I was very young, our ol' splitty went upside down into a farm ditch in Mingo, Iowa; stranding our family of six until we lined up other wheels for the rest of our vacation.

Forget about your old motor. The Conventional Wisdom of the List has shown AVP to put out a great motor. There are others. Whip out the V/M/AMEX and get one in a UPS truck rolling your way ASAP. Line up time for your man to put it in this week, and away you go! You could be camping next weekend.

New motor, reay for another 202k!!!

Happy (new) motoring,

gmbulley cary, nc sunny, 72 degrees, showers this p.m.
