ADDED: Tap the bushing and then screw a bolt into the threads and let the bolt do the work OR, you can fill the bushing with heavy grease and insert a round rod that is as close to the same size as the hole as possible, and hammer against the grease. sounds silly but it hydraulically presses the bushing out. Mark
