Subject: ground location on 89
Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii"

OK, I'm willing to accept the possibility that I'm a little bit slow, but where is the ground on the driver side of the engine. Last night while the oil filter was off I took the tin off the driver side to check the ground. I couldn't find one anywhere. Could someone tell me specifically where it is in relationship to something obvious like the fuel injectors or the oil pressure sending unit? I suppose I would rather find that I'm a bit of an idiot, than that my engine hasn't been grounded since it was put in by the PO.

The other goal of the night was to put in a new ground on the passenger side. I was thinking of running it from one of the bolts on the tin (between tin and engine) to one of the bolts that attaches the engine support beam into the frame, just forward of the bumper mounts. Does this sound like a good location? Anybody have other suggestions? Thanks as always for the help. Pmail would be great as I'm on digest and need to do this today.
