Prince William Forest Park has camping (some with hook-ups, according to my trusty guidebook). They're part of the National Park System, so you may be able to reserve thru Mistix. One of our friends also claims they have good mountain bike trails.

It's about 20 mi south of DC right off 95 - route 619 Prince William Forest Park exit. Also about 20 miles from Manassas.
