Most people here want to disable the DTRLs! The simplest way would be to hook up a relay that is triggered when you turn on the van. This should cost about $5 and about 2 hours of work if you take your time. In the newer Golfs and Jettas it is a function of the headlight switch. I suppose I should look in the Bentley manual to see how it is done.
