Busdepot.com sells one for a fraction of dealer cost...you need to splice it in, though. Otherwise it's identical to the stock one.

you need a small pipe wrench, some of that penetrating oil that helps with frozen fasteners/bolts, a propne torch (hopefully optional), patience, more patience so you don't strip the old one getting it off, and so you don't damage the Catalytic converter it screws into.

before you go to bed one night, soak the 02 sensor thread area with penetrating oil, in the morning before you go to work soak it again....and again when you come home....then after dinner, give her a try. Patience is the key....take your time getting a good grip at a good angle with the pipe wrench properly adjusted. Do not pull on the wrench with a lot of torque until you do. Once you do, put heavy pressure on the wrench...and then giver her a yank...hopefully it will break loose. If not, only give it one or two more tries before resorting to the propane torch.

if you use the torch...do not heat the 02 sensor....heat the metal of the catalytic converter aroound the 02 sensor since that is the area you want to expand. Do not get it so hot that the converter will bend or crimp or tear when you try to crack loose the 02 sensor. It should come out now as long as you take your time and make sure you have a good grip with the pipe wrench.

If you think this seems like over kill...talk to those who have ruined their catalytic converters...or who have snapped off the 02 sensor ... or who end up having to remove the catalytic converter in order to remove the 02 sensor. no fun.
