Make sure all your spark plug wires and the one from the coil are hooked up.
Is it an automatic?  If it is do you have it in park?  Then check your spark
by removing a plug and grounding it, with the wire still attached, to the
outside of the motor.  Any spark?  If not then you have an ignition problem
and we can go from there.  If you do have spark is it weak or strong?
Now when you turn the key do you hear the fuel pump coming on?  If not then
you have a fuel delivery problem and we can go from there.
This is the kind of step by step troubleshooting that you can do on any
vehicle.
When you changed the air filter did you unplug anything and forget to plug it
back in?  If some of those vacuum lines are not attached properly she won't
start.  Also did you plug the airflow meter (the plug that hooks to the air
box) back in?
Just things to check.
