I have another safety report commissioned by the CHP which ended up concluding that moderate marajuana use actually slightly improved some driving abilities (among those tested) with no significant diminishment of others. They tested sober dirvers/alcohol / marajuana. Needless to say, alcohol has a tremendous negative effect at surprisingly low blood levels. The report is about 80 pages long...I stumbled upon it once doing research for a case I had several years back. I am not endorsing it here....and don't try this at home, kids... These reports/studies obviously have their limits....
