Mark and others, David isn't just whstling Dixie. UPS is a nightmare on cross border shipments. I know what a great service they have in the US but it just doesn't export well. One by one every Canadian is finding this out the hard way. Try Fed Ex, US Post, any of the big courier companies or any of the freight forwarders (DHL, etc.). Anyone but UPS.
