>>> 1) rattles: any eurobago owners care to comment? solutions? i think it may be the window shades and possibly the sink/stove lid, but the old '85 westy was WAY quieter. <<< I've never owned a Westie, but the ones I've ridden in have not been quite. You must have learned to tune out some of their noises. Anyways, The stove lid: Put a folded hand towel on top of the burners before you close

it. The sink lid: Sorry, mine latches tight, and is quite. Shades: Thighten up the tension strings, this will take care of them slapping around. Rear Seat: Rattles, so widge a piece of carpet or something between the frame and the floor. That's really all the noises mine makes... maybe I'm lucky. >>> 2) poptop: the drivers side of the poptop does not meet the top of the van. ie, the poptop rubber seal doesn't touch the top of the van and you can easily stick your hand in the space and grab the tent. the passenger side is fairly tight so somethings amiss. seems water could enter very easily. seems there must be an adjustment of some kind. the interior hooks that latch the top down are on threaded bolts, could it be as easy as this? >>> Call Winnebago, this sounds like a warrenty fix <<<. 3) hitches: anyone put one on an ev yet? i want to put a receiver type hitch on to use the bike rack i used to use on the '85. >>> I have a 2" hitch on my 97. Capable of the full capacity of the van (5000lb). A local hitch shop wa able to bolt on on for about $150. The spare tire is sortof a pain to put back up, but it is doable. <<<

Enjoy,

Christopher
