I run a computer shop and concur that Canadians should not use UPS due to
hefty brockerage fees.  You will pay GST on the Canadain dollar value no
matter which way you slice it.  Some of my suppliers in the US will only
ship UPS and there is always a $25-40 fee.  The expidited service that
Ron mentioned in my experience is nearly as high with the same time
anyway!  I have had good luck with FedEx who have been reasonable but the
best is US Mail.
