Technically you CAN use a C, I wouldn't. For a couple of bucks more, the "D"'s will take more air, and thus more weight. This is important:

Folks tend to forget, the static weight of our loaded van is only one factor figuring load. When going around a curve, the leaning top-heaviness of our vans shifts a great deal of weight to the outboard tires, significantly increasing their loading above the static load. While this occurs in a regular car, like a Jetta or Passat, it is far more pronounced in our vans.

Get the "D"s.
