Quickest, flatest, and least scenic is I80 to Cheyenne, I25 to Denver.
Expect some construction delays in SLC, I15 undergoing MAJOR
reconstruction, use I215 beltroute to miss most of it. Time your trip to
avoid rushhour!
Also, can't recommend Tim's Nebraska route! 8o]
