Where IS the drain plug for the transmission ( 5 speed) and the fill hole for the front differential??

I've crawled all over the bottom side of our '87 and perused the Bentley but can't find either.

Also, how do you situate the big 17mm allen wrench to open the fill plug on the tranny? It appears to be really tight spot.

The same service is required for the >front differential also, same layout, one drain hole on the bottom, and one >fill hole on the side, fill until it runs out. Hope this helps, Michael M. 87 >syncro. >
