Just wondering what years and what engines where the vanagon version of
the crew cabs available?  I've always admired pictures of them and
finally saw one live while in Toronto a little while ago.  Just saw it
in passing (it was blue, near Etobicoke).

Haven't seen any in the US.  Anybody ever cut up a regular vanagon to
make a pick-up?
