The Crew Cabs or Double Cabs as I call em were only available in Canada unless you want to count the old air cooled styles. Canada had the Single Cabs as well but I have only seen one of these myself. The engines in the truck in Canada are the same as the Vanagon engines. The last year Canada got any PUs was 1992 with the Eurovan Double Cab. The only one of these I have seen is in Jasper AB.
