there has been statistically proven, more motorcycle deaths, since the introduction of those stupid DRL's... Another dumb idea was those pillar mounted automated passive restraint system belts.... my friend w/ a Jetta went at his with a hacksaw, when it nearly ripped his hair out of his head... FWIW, i rarely ever wear my seatbelt. why? because i dont want to. do i know the consequenses? depends.. but i dont need my car to do it for me...

(sorry to rant...my sis has a '93 mazda mx-3 and i just had to wrestle with those annoying automated pillar belts about 15 mins ago...)
