Kool Patch is black, and it is the absolute, hands-down best substance I have
found for under body protection/rustproofing.

Advantages--
rubber/asphalt/fiberglass mix, practically indestructable.
water/alchohol based, cleans up easily when still wet.
Made to last for years on hot roofs, can stand the torture on a car body.
Inexpensive, $8-9 per gallon bucket

Disadvantages--
somewhat difficult to apply--brush on, the consistency of pudding
almost impossible to remove once dried. Petroleum solvent turns it into a
slurry, but doesn't release the "adhesive" quality.
