Joe, By "incredibly well" I am comparing the propane and the ac mode to the 12 volt. With such a poor result in 12 volt mode, it is easy overstate the performance of the other two modes of operation. Although, I am still rather impressed with my fridge's performance. It lights easy (for all those who aren't so lucky, I apologize), and comes up to temp in a few hours if empty. I have seen a small battery operated fan made for small camping refridgerators in a camping catalog that I believe will help equalize the temp between the top and bottom of these cavernous beasts, costs around $20 I believe (I will hunt around for the company name and ph #, if anyone is interested). Thanks to everyone else for their quick reponses to this post! Gregg (Conshohocken, Pa.) '85 Westy |
