There are two actually. R-134 and FR-12. The FR-12 is supposed to be more efficient but is not as commonly found and is a "Professional Only" fill, although it meets the same EPA regs as R-134 the government thinks it SOUNDS too much like R-12 and will confuse us. R-134 can be had in pretty much any auto parts store.
