You can remove all of the plastic nuts (with a slotted screw head) from above the intake grill area. After these are out, you can CAREFULLY pry the plastic evaporator housing away from the studs the nuts came off of and CAREFULLY push/pull the grill up out of the top between the housing and studs.

I capitalized "carefully" twice above, because the evaporator plastic can be quite brittle, and you realy don't want to crack/break it.

After the grill is out of the way, it's a sinch to vacuum out the lint that covers the evaporator.
