     On many of my trip the average high was around 80 degrees F (27C). The
only place I found frost was on the cooling unit itself. I have to admit
that I don't pay too much attention to sun position and such. Neither do I
have one of those inside the box fans that the catalogs say improve
performance.

DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A WAY TO TUNE UP ONE OF THESE THINGS?

I guess we did too... Two days into our first long trip, we had frozen milk
for
breakfast... Ever since then I have kept the thermostat at about 3/4, and
even
then, things on the top rack still get nearly frozen.

Much of this may be the ambient temp also - this trip it was only about 15
deg
C as a high.
