      NO. this is Dangerous and against fed. laws.  It's the same reason
at every gas pump, (by law) you must turn off your engine, (in case
of a backfire) and you are not allowed to smoke. Your asking for problems
having and flame around a gas pump.


  And your a laywer!   Watch out someone may sue you!!!!!!!!!!
