Subject: '91 GL Fan Removal

I think my cooling fan motor is bad. After a few minutes of running it begins to make a clicking sound followed by a screech. When I turn the blades there is definite unevenness suggesting bad bearing(s).

Question-since Bentley does not give a clue about removing the fan, does anyone have some hints as to how to remove the fan? There is a comment that the fan can be removed by lowering the radiator but no clue about how to do it. Suggestions?

Thanks,

Herb Harmison Ames, IA
