Subject: Seat exchange-driver's & jump seat?

Is it possible to exchange the bottom only of the seat that slides in behind the passenger seat in an '85 Westy with the bottom of the drivers seat? Are they the same? The drivers seat on ours is warn, the extra seat is never used. I would switch the whole seat but there are no provisions on the back for the headrest in the jump seat.

TIA
