Subject: A/C Falling Recall beign fixed=)
Content-type: text/plain; charset=US-ASCII
Hello,
Well as some of you know i've been fighting with VWoA for almost a year now to
fix my overhead airconditioner which is falling. Well I decided to go to
Mitchell VW in Canton CT the other day and the service manager steve has
somehow talked some sense into VWoA. There going to fix it...the rear and
front section which are broken and falling are on order and will be in within
a few days. It'll be nice to know that my A/C isnt going to crash on my head.
Its nice to know some people do things...I know some people on the list may go
to Crowley VW but they bother me because they lied to me and I truely do not
trust them now.
The only thing that scared me bout Mitchell is that the parts guy tried to
open the front of my van...I was like ummm hey the engines in the back ..your
at the wrong end....he just looked at me funny and said ah ah I knew that. At
least my friend Eric will be working on my van and not that guy=)
Well talk to ya later just wanted to let you know that there are some people
out there that do their jobs and actually help the customer..go figure they
are customer service managers.
