1. Since it is not intended that coolant be disposed of "down the drain" like laundry detergent, they do not have to label it.

2. Many coolant labels I have seen only list the major ingedents, phosphates are often far down on the list and may not even be listed. they might say: elhylene gylcol & water. Nothing more.

3. Some Labels have all ingredents listed as well as some knid of MSDS number.
