John, I have ordered new tanks made by the original manufacturer. The 2 I ordered have not yet arrived. When they do I will let the list members know all the info. They are Manchester Tank brand with all the valves supposedly installed. My cost was under $200. I expect them in the next week or so. I was quoted a 30 day lead time when I ordered them 30 days ago. My source sent me a copy of the Engineering Drawing for the tank and it appears exactly like the original tank, mounts, valves and all.
