Hello Joshua; When it's idling high like that, unplug the idle air regulator for a minute and see if the idle drops. The Idle air regulator is that electrical valve on top centre of the engine, right above the plenum chamber. The electrical connector is on the left side of it. If the idle drops, replace the idle air regulator. This is what it took to solve my high revving idle. Larry Carter
