How do these things mount? Are these the ones that are held in place via the ash tray? The picture says vans 79-90, but from a message a couple months ago, I got the impression VW altered the dash slightly with nicer surfacing sometime in the early 80s. I'd love one of these things but I'd like to be sure it will mount properly in my 87 Westfalia.
