Imparts (www.imparts.com) sells blue bulbs, I have 2 sets, 2 9004's (55/100W)and 2 H3's (120W (I think)). They are really nice bulbs, good performance, better with a relay, which they also sell. As for Wagner BrightLite Xenon's your FLAPS should have them. When I got them for my Fox I got them at a local place in St. Louis (Rockhill Autoparts). Autozone did not have them, I was at an O'reilys, or something Irish sounding, and they had them. I don't think the BrightLite's are available in higher (illegal) wattages.
