I've not done this myself (yet), but your best bet would probably to take
the entire door, with whatever gasket material remains, to a refrigeration
repair supply house.  Most stock several different types and sizes of
generic door gasket replacement material that can be cut and fit to any
size door.  Be sure that the replacement gasket material matches the
original in thickness and pliability as closely as possible.

Another possibility would be RV equipment and/or repair places.  They may
have replacement gasket material specifically for RV fridges or at least
be able to direct you to a source.
