Or...Drill a hole in a similar sized bolt, and put a Clip through it...You know, those clips like they use on racecar hoods?:) I forget the name of them...

(this was the setup on a bug towbar I once borrowed to keep the bar from lifting...no pressure was put on the joint, but it was lots easier than removing a nut each time...:)
