Now here is a curious thing. In my Syncro, the third switch position is occupied by a "cutoff" switch (which kills power to the engine.) I don't know what the advantage of this is, or why it is there. It appears to be a stock item. I don't see the need for it, and would prefer to remove it and replace it with a fog light switch...
