I don't think you talked to Hank when you called
you probably talked to an assistant that answered the phone
Hank is DUTCH and has an accent
He has a friend answer the phone so that he can work on the cars undistured
The person that answers the phone is a very nice old man , but he KNOWS
NOTHING about vans and probably did'nt tell Hank that it was a syncro .
also Hank is in his 70's     " looks great HUH!"
I think you should calm down and listen to him
HE IS THE MAN    ! !




Hank has been great to me and has bent over backwards to take care of the van
it runs G R E A T !!
