I've done some updating of the stretch project web site including about 50 pictures of the engine swap. They are still all out of order and there isn't any text, but maybe some of you want some weekend surfing to do.

I'm also still seeking a Vanagon for the front half for the project.

Must be: White, GL or better, water cooled, little or no rust (seam rust OK). Would like: 5 speed, PS, AC, PM, PW, PL, and Syncro :-) I don't need: Engine, body behind the rear jack point.

Have fun! -Otmar- 72(front),73(rear),76,78,82,87(parts) Stretch bus 82 A3 GTI Westfalia turning into a hybrid electric Stretch Several EVs (Electric Vehicles) Have owned way too many VWs to list. :-) http://www.evcl.com/strvan/strvan.html http://www.evcl.com/Picprev.html Electric Vehicle Components Ltd.
