 maybe use rivets that have the same shaft dia. as the hex bolt, and drill
 a hole thru the tip of the rivet and put a cotter pin thru it? >>

Hey All,

          If anyone knows the diameter of that bolt, it shouldn't be too hard
to locate a quick release pin like the ones used on cheap jackstands and
such....my .02 too....
