Hello list, A questions for those that have done the Subaru swap, manual transmission, 1985 Westy.

How does the Subaru accelerator cable hook up to the VW cable? The only way I can figure is to install a bracket to hold the Subaru cable and manufacture a plate with two hole & slot arrangements; one to fit the ball end of Subaru cable and one for rod end of the VW cable.

Thanks in advance.

John Fleming 85 Westy (165K, VT)
