This would have shifted more weight to the drive wheels like the old busses have. Traction on Vanagons isn't so great in snow and mud. With the battery move to the rear and a few other things, the Syncro and all it's extra weight would not have been neccessary......Now this would be the hot setup...... I may have talked myself in to a news project, now that I have a spare Syncro for parts! ERic |
