Replace all the fuel line, there could some blockage that is causing the line noise.
< Yes, I have a rear heater. Good idea I will try this when I get back home. Replacing the fuel line was the next thing I was going to try. It looks like the current fuel line is a rigid pipe covered with a rubber outer shell. I was thinking about replacing it with just standard fuel line hose found Pep Boys.
