I had the same thing happen but found out that Ron (owner of BusDepot) has just had a new addition to the family which put him out of the office for a few days. I just gave him a call and he fixed me right up. Usually you'll get a prompt E-mail response in a few days under normal circumstances. His number is (215)234-8989.

His prices are great and he doesn't stiff you on postage like a lot of the other mail order companies. If you're price shopping, compare adding shipping and handling charges and you'll be surprised at how much money other companies make on all those "little charges" ; )
