    Has anyone else had one of the mounting tabs on their S&S muffler
tear off?
     Two months ago my van was hit from the rear, which slightly crumpled
the muffler into the exhaust pipe to which it mounts.  This week the tab
that mounts to the tab on the pipe finally tore off.
     The exhaust shop that I trust wouldn't even try to weld it.  Too
thin, they said.


     I'm emailing Kyle tonight to get another one.  Has anyone rigged a
better mount for their S&S system?  I'm thinking of something with a
strap around the muffler.
