I believe if you do it this way (adjusting @ throttle closed) you stand a
chance of either stretching the cable, or ruining the throttle body;  put
the pedal to the floor stop - bricks or friend - loosen the clamp @ the
throttle body, push the throttle to full open, then re-tighten clamp.
Check by again pushing the throttle to the floor, & making sure the
throttle still has a 'tiny' bit of slack, just a smidgen of rotation.
