Subject: Relays and Radiator Fan '84 Vanagon

Where do I find the relay that connects to the radiator fan and the thermal switch in the radiator? If I remove the side-window defrost vent, there are three relays (2 large, one small) and a snake's nest of wires just hanging in space. What do these do? From the color of the wires, I think one maybe the radiator fan relay. What is the best way to get to these?

If someone wanted an easy way to keep the radiator fan on all the time, how would they do it. I need to reverse what ever they did so that the fan will run correctly.
