wait, not to be critical or anything but isn't san diego in california? and doesn't california not like "improvements" made on any of it's cars? in my cousins experience with his euro-speced golf (he sold it when he got to ca) california wouldn't let him licence the poor vehicle unless he spent the 3000 dollars to bring it back to us-spec. he sold the golf and got a ca-spec jetta.

moral of story? if you live in california, unless you are really rich, please don't "improve" your vehicles.
